MELENCOLIA § I

"Melencolia § I " is part of a series of sculptures and installations inspired by the engraving of Albrecht Durer Melencolia I and have been shown for the soloshow "Made by melencolia", at ENSAD.

This illuminated panel refers to fairgrounds and the TV game called The wheel of Fortune. The structure is a direct reference of the TV game from the 80's and uses all of its codes: colors, glitters, lights.

​

This sculpture discloses the enigma. The word is already discovered, it's MELENCOLIA§I: The title of Dürer’s work.
